Cancellation policy
USA Height VIP Club membership
USA Height is a members-only store operated by ECOMBYRD LLC. All purchases are VIP purchases placed through VIP Checkout. Your VIP Club membership is added to your order with your first VIP purchase and is shown as a separate line item at checkout before you pay.
Price and billing
The VIP Club membership costs $39.95 USD every 30 days, plus applicable taxes. You are charged on the day you join and automatically every 30 days after that, using the payment method you provided, until you cancel.
Member benefits
While your membership is active you receive VIP member pricing on every product, free shipping on every order, early access to new drops and monthly member offers. Benefits may change with 30 days' notice by email.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops all future membership charges:
- Email support@usaheight.com from the address you used to order;
- Use the cancellation link included in every VIP Club membership email; or
- Call +1 (765) 745-0348 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).

Refunds of membership fees
If you were charged a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll cancel your membership and refund that renewal.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll notify you by email and may retry the charge. If it can't be collected, your membership will be paused.
