Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
• Final-sale items and intimates cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email support@usaheight.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return instructions.
3. Pack items securely and ship them back with tracking.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

VIP Club membership

Membership fees are covered by our subscription policy. To cancel your membership, see Membership Cancellation.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We'll send your exchange as soon as your return is on its way — free of charge.
