How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check status anytime from your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can update or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. Email support@usaheight.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Why is every purchase a VIP purchase?
USA Height is a members-only store. Every order is placed through VIP Checkout at member pricing, and your VIP Club membership ($39.95 every 30 days) is added with your first order.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email support@usaheight.com, call +1 (765) 745-0348, or use the cancellation link in any membership email. You won't be billed for future periods.

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 7–12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?
Return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How do I exchange for a different size?

When will I get my refund?
